Jack O’Neill Life Achievement Award

Jack O’Neill is a true legend of the harbor – investor, innovator, adventurer, philanthropist.  Jack has been a major part of Santa Cruz harbor for over 40 years.

The Port District will honor Jack at our HarborFest Awards Ceremony on:
